With over 5 years of experience as an Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, I became a Bars Facilitator to begin to offer this amazing practice to anyone else who is ready for change to take place in their life. Without the shifts that happened in my own life as a result of receiving Bars sessions, I wouldn't be here to teach continuing education classes to others in my community seeking more mental and physical ease and space, and a better life in any way they can dream.
